The below shown simple set up of multi tank dip system will economically de-rust parts of the system.

Application

  • Dev Rust Remover can be used pure or diluted, depending on the degree of contamination in parts.
  • Dilutions can range from 10% to 30% in water.
  • Treatment time can also vary between 1 to 10 minutes depending on the degree of contamination to be removed.

Directions for use

Store away from heat, flame or sparks. Do not reuse empty containers. Protect from harsh weather. Do not have direct contact with skin & wash with plenty of water if situation encountered. Available in 20L carboy/200L barrel. Remove solid impurities by using a rag or cloth. Apply Dev Rust Remover & allow to react if required. Apply neutralizing Dev VCI W-Shield+ concentrate. To further treat (eg: painting), there is no need for removal of products applied.

After derusting the part using Dev Rust Remover, Dev VCI W-Shield+ is to be applied 10% Concentration to be applied to entire surface either by brush or dipping. Minimum of 2 coats are required.

Description

Water-based organic neutralizer that converts acidic residues to natural and forms a protective film on treated surfaces.

Properties

Neutralizes residual acids from prior processes Forms an almost unnoticeable thin protective film able to affix stabilizing auto-repairable anti-corrosive surface.

  • Gives fine layer of protection while neutralizing the acidic solution.
  • Does not cause metal to flash rust.
  • Surface will be prepared for further treatment like painting.

Directions for use

By using Brush 10% of Dev VCI W-Shield on the entire surface to be neutralized. Alternatively, we can also dip. Apply minimum 2 coats for all surfaces 100% to be covered and fully changed to neutral pH.

  • Protect from harsh weather Dev VCI W-Shield is a soapy solution.
  • If in contact with eyes, wash with plenty of water.
